8,655 new COVID-19 infections in Kerala

Kerala's active COVID-19 cases dropped below one lakh after a month on Thursday as it recorded 8,655 new infections and 22,707 recoveries.

The state

currently has 99,424 active patients.

The new coronavirus cases were reported after testing 64,650 samples, taking the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) to 13.38 percent.
