945 new +ve infections in Telangana

Telangana reported 945 new Covid-19 positive cases including 869 cases from areas under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), and seven fatalities on Tuesday. The new cases on Tuesday pushed the overall number of positive cases to 16,339 while fatalities increased to 260.

Hyderabad witnessed a surge in Covid-19 cases with 869 positive cases in the last 24 hours,



taking the cumulative number of positive cases from the State’s capital to 12,541.

According to daily health bulletin, 1,712 patients were discharged from hospitals post recovery on Tuesday which took the number of recovered and discharged cases in the State to 7,294. The count of active patients is 8,785 in Telangana.
