Andhra Pradesh logs 12,994 new Covid-19 cases, 96 deaths

Andhra Pradesh logged 12,994 fresh cases of coronavirus, while as many as 18,373 Covid-19 patients had recovered and another 96 succumbed in the 24 hours ending 9 am on Monday, according to the latest bulletin. Consequently, the number of active cases dropped by 5,475 to



2,03,762.

 

The states Covid-19 chart now showed 15,93,821 positives, 13,79,837 recoveries and 10,222 deaths so far. The fresh cases were from a total of 58,835 samples tested. East Godavari district reported the highest 2,652 new cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours while three other districts added between 1,000 and 1,700 each.
