Andhra Pradesh records 8,835 new Covid-19 cases

In Andhra Pradesh, eight thousand eight hundred and  thirty five (8,835) new Covid- 19 positive cases have been  recorded during the  last 24 hours. At least  75,013 samples were tested during this period. 

 

Ten thousand eight hundred and forty five ( 10,845 ) persons have recovered and discharged from various Covid  hospitals in the  State  during the past 24 hrs  time as per the  AP State Covid  Nodal Officer.

 

A  total  5,92,760 Covid positive  cases have been



recorded  so far in Andhra Pradesh, and  4,97,376  persons have been  recovered and discharged from various Covid hospitals across the State and 90279  persons  are under Covid  treatment. 

 

 At least 48,06,879 samples have been tested so far in the State and 5,105 Covid deaths reported in AP. The highest number of 1421 positive cases have been recorded in East Godavari district followed by  West Godavari district with 1051 during the last 24 hours.
