Andhra Pradesh reports 8,555 fresh Covid cases, crosses tally to 1.58 lakh

Andhra Pradesh on Sunday reported another single-day high new Covid positive cases of 8,555 after recording over 10,000 cases a day for three consecutive days last week. This takes the total to 1,58,764 cases in AP.

The state over the



last 24 hours suffered 67 Covid deaths, which takes the total death toll to 1,474 so far.

AP reported 6,272 recoveries over the last 24 hours to take the total recovered so far to 82,886 persons while it saw 74,404 active cases by Sunday.
