Andhra Pradesh sees 12,615 new Covid-19 infections, 5 deaths

Andhra Pradesh detected 12,615 new infections of COVID-19 after testing 47,420 samples during the last 24 hours in the state.

There were 53,871 active

cases after recovery of 3.674 patients during the priod, it said. The COVID infections were particularly high in Chittoor with 2,338 and Visakhapatnam with 2,117 new cases, it disclosed.
