New Delhi: The Centre has so far provided more than 26 crore 68 lakh vaccine doses to the States and the Union Territories. The vaccines have been provided both through the Centre’s free of cost channel and through the direct state procurement category. The Union Health Ministry has informed that so far over 25 crore 27 lakh doses of the vaccines have been



consumed including the wastages.

It added that more than one crore 40 lakh COVID vaccine doses are still available with the States and UTs to be administered. The Ministry said more than 96 thousand vaccine doses are in the pipeline and will be received by the States & UTs within the next three days.
