Corona cases rising in Puducherry

In Puducherry, relaxations were given since the beginning of this month and Corona cases have started rising. Puducherry Chief Secretary Ashwani Kumar has said that heavy pressure is mounting on the health facilities to accommodate the new cases and requested people to cooperate with authorities. If somebody is coming from outside of Puducherry should get in touch with the administration or health officers, if they have not reached out them.

It is the duty of the public also to register their arrival and tested. In



case if any symptom found do not hesitate to approach the health workers, he added.

 

Mr. Ashwani kumar further said that timely detection is very very important and that would help for testing, in case if found positive, easy to isolate , thereby the disease will not spread to others also. Mr. Ashwani kumar concluded by saying that everybody should download Arogya Setu App, for timely notification in case if anybody happen to come in to contact with anybody positive.
