COVID-19 Cases: Death Toll Nears 600

Coronavirus In India Live: With 47 new deaths and 1336 new cases reported in the last 24 hours, India's overall tally of Coronavirus positive cases leapfrogged the 18000-mark with the death toll nearing 600 on Tuesday morning.

Maharashtra and Delhi continued to remain the worst affected states by the coronavirus pandemic with the most number of positive



cases reported. 

Gujarat witnessed a massive surge of COVID-19 cases with 127 fresh cases reported on Tuesday. With 6 more deaths, the toll in the state rose to 77.

Telangana, two persons died and 14 others tested positive for coronavirus on Monday in Telangana, the first such low numbers of COVID-19 cases in more than two weeks.
