Covid-19 recovery rate improves to 73.64 per cent

Over two million people in the country have recovered from COVID-19 so far due to sustained, pre-emptive and timely interventions. The recovery rate continued to register it's upward trend and stood at 73.64 per cent yesterday.

India registered over 60 thousand recoveries in the preceding 24



hours, which was the  highest number of recoveries from COVID-19 in a single day. So far, a total of 20 lakh 37 thousand 870 people have recovered in the country. The case fatality rate continued to show a steady decline and  stood at 1.91 per cent.
