Raipur: In Jharkhand, the active caseload of COVID-19 seems to be under control with measures roped in by the State Government during the Health Safety Week.
Presently, only 555 active cases in the state are undergoing treatment. Around 12 out of 24 districts of the state have not reported any new case of COVID-19. The current recovery rate in Jharkhand has gone up to 98.36 per
cent.
Vaccination drive in the state gears up for all age groups after public representatives, Panchayat Mukhiyas, Sahiya didis are playing an active role in vaccinating people in the rural areas of the state. Five villages of Birhor primitive tribes in Koderma, Godda, Chatra and Latehar have been administered with vaccine against COVID-19.
