Delhi registers 2,224 new cases of COVID-19, tally climbs to 41,182

Delhi on Sunday reported 2,224 new Covid-19 cases in the highest ever single-day spike so far and 56 deaths due to the coronavirus infection, taking the national capital’s count past the 40,000-mark to 41,182, according to Delhi



Health Department data.

With 56 fatalities reported in the last 24 hours, the capital’s death toll has now climbed to 1,327.

There are currently, 24,032 active coronavirus cases in the city.
