Delhi has reported 4,071 new coronavirus cases, 38 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total cases to 2,42,899 on Saturday. The death toll in the national capital now stands at 4,945.

On the other hand, 4,219 people have recovered in the same time, taking the total recoveries in Delhi to 2,05,890. Active cases in the national capital stand at



32,064 which constitutes 13.2 percent of total cases.

Authorities conducted over 61,000 tests on the previous day, according to the latest bulletin issued by the Delhi health department.

As per official figures, the fatality rate stands at 2.04 percent, recovery rate at 84.76 percent and the positivity rate at 9.75 percent.
