DRDO to set up two temporary hospitals of 500 bed to treat Coronavirus patients in Bihar

In Bihar, Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) will set up two temporary hospitals of five hundred bed to treat Corona patients. DRDO has taken this decision in view of increasing positive cases in the state.These hospitals will be set up at Patna and Muzaffarpur with latest medical equipments.There will be 150 ventilators in each hospital.

Meanwhile positive cases of Coronavirus



infection patients in Bihar is increasing rapidly.The state has reported 38 thousand 919 cases with reporting of fresh cases of 2,605.Patients who have recovered are 26 thousand 308 while 12 thousand 361 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals. Recovery rate is 68 percent.249 patients so far died due to Corona.Over  Four lakh 56 thousand tests have been conducted so far.
