Eight Covid-19 cases detected in Meghalaya

In Meghalaya, eight COVID 19 cases were detected yesterday taking the total number of active cases to 36.

Health and Family Welfare Minister AL Hek informed that out of these new cases, one is from West Garo Hills district, one from

Ri-Bhoi district and six from East Khasi Hills district including five BSF personnel.

Meghalaya has so far 80 confirmed COVID 19 cases with 36 active cases, 43 recovered and one deceased.
