Gujarat logs 998 new Covid cases

Ahmedabad: Gujarat has reported 998 new cases of Covid-19 infections during the last 24 hours. 366 new cases were recorded in Ahmedabad, while Vadodara recorded 162 new cases. The state has 11 thousand 195 active cases at present, out of these 77 patients are on ventilator support. 16 patients lost their



lives due to Covid-19 yesterday.

Meanwhile, 2 lakh 12 thousand 546 doses of vaccine were administered in Gujarat yesterday. The total number of doses of vaccines administered in the state till now has crossed 10 crore 13 lakh mark.
