Gujarat records 6679 new Covid-19 cases

Ahmedabad: Gujarat reported 6679 new cases of COVID-19 during the last 24 hours. According to the state health department, 2350 new cases were recorded in Ahmedabad, while Vadodara registered 809 new cases. The state has 83 thousand 793 active cases at present. Out of these 265 patients are on ventilator support. 35



patients lost their lives due to COVID-19 yesterday.

Meanwhile, 2 lakh 46 thousand 397 doses of vaccine were administered in Gujarat yesterday. The total number of doses of vaccines administered in the state till now has crossed 9 crore 79 lakh mark.
