Gujarat records 860 new Covid-19 cases

Gujarat recorded 860 new Corona cases during the last 24 hours. This is the first time during the last 3 and half months that new cases fell below the 900 mark.

 

Gujarat has recorded a total 1 lakh 73 thousand 804 cases till now. Out of these, 1 lakh 57 thousand 247 patients recovered. 1128 patients recovered during the last 24 hours. Recovery rate has reached up to 90.47



percent.

 

More than 61 lakh 4 thousand tests have been carried out in the state till date.  Maximum 220 new cases reported from Surat, while Ahmedabad recorded 177 new cases. At present total active cases in the state are 12833, out of which 56 patients are on ventilator. 5 patients died yesterday taking the total deaths due to Covid-19 up to 3724.
