Gujarat reports 520 new cases of Covid-19 in last 24 hours

In Gujarat the total number of Coronavirus cases crossed 25,000 mark and reached 25,148 with addition of 520 new cases in the last 24 hours.

The statement issued by the state Health Department said as many as 348 patients were discharged from various hospitals yesterday taking the number of total recoveries to 17,438.

Following the death of 27 patients,



the death toll in the state rose to 1,561.A total of 21 districts reported fresh cases yesterday.

As many as 70 percent cases out of the total confirmed cases in the state have been reported from Ahmedabad. The district so far recorded 17,629 cases so far of which rural parts of Ahmedabad district reported 650 cases.
