Himachal Pradesh records 176 new Covid-19 cases

In Himachal Pradesh, two more COVID-19 patients succumbed to the virus taking the death toll due to the disease to 19. 176 fresh cases pushed the infection tally to 4,411 yesterday.

Meanwhile the state Power Minister Sukhram Chaudhary has been discharged from IGMC Hospital, Shimla  after his recovery from COVID-19. In his facebook post yesterday, he said 



he would remain in isolation for some days at his official residence in Shimla. He had  tested positive on August 6th. 69 patients also recovered from the infection  yesterday, taking the number of recovered patients to 2,992.

The number of active cases  in the state  now stands at 1,358.
