In Jharkhand, with addition of 88 fresh cases of COVID-19, the total number of cases detected in the state has mounted to 1418 in last 24 hours. Around 1100 migrant labourers returning from red zone areas have been detected Corona positive so far.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has expressed his concern over the growing number of COVID19 cases in the state. Mr Soren while talking to reporters yesterday said that the state
government is evaluating all aspects together to take a responsible decision on imposing Lockdown again.
40 people have recovered from the disease and have been discharged from hospitals, while 8 people have succumbed to death from COVID19 infection. There are 851 active cases in the state and 549 people have been discharged after treatment in total.
