Karnataka logs 5,031 cases of COVID-19, one death

Karnataka on Thursday reported 5,031 Covid-19 cases, and one death in Bengaluru.

The Bengaluru urban district recorded 4324 cases, with its positivity rate climbing to

7.5%.

There are 226 Omicron cases in the state. The positivity rate across the state, however, is 3.95%.

The health authorities conducted 1.27 lakh tests on Wednesday.
