Kerala records 5,404 Coronavirus cases

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala continues to witness a dip in covid figures as it confirmed 5,404  new COVID positive cases yesterday. A total of 52,862  samples were tested in the last 24 hours. The test positivity rate is  10.22 percent at



present. In all, 80 Covid deaths were also confirmed yesterday, taking the total death toll to 33,978. Bringing respite, 6,136 recoveries were also reported. 71,316 is the active caseload in the state as of now.
