Kerala reports 15,876 new Coronavirus cases

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala shows a gradual decline in Covid cases as 15,876 were tested positive yesterday. Test Positivity Rate in the state stands at 15.12 percent. Nearly one lakh five thousand samples were tested within the last 24 hours. 25,654 recoveries and 129 deaths were also reported today. 1,98,865 is the active caseload in



the state.

State Health Minister Veena George  informed that Kerala has received 14 lakh additional doses of Covid vaccine yesterday. The first dose vaccination in the State is nearing 80 percent. 31.52 percent of the State's population has received both the doses.
