Madhya Pradesh reports 12,686 new Covid-19 cases

Madhya Pradesh has reported 12,686 COVID-19 cases, taking its tally to over five lakh, while the toll rose by 88 and the recovery count by 11,612 in the last 24 hours. The number of  active cases in the state stands at  92,534. The covid positivity rate is 23.0 percent.

Indore reported 1,841 new covid cases cases, while Bhopal reported 1,824 cases. Gwalior



reported 1208 fresh covid cases. Indore and Bhopal have more than 12,500 active cases.

Meanwhile Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang informed that hundred ICU beds are being increased in AIIMS at Bhopal. Apart from this, 2 thousand beds are being arranged with the cooperation of various organisations.
