Maharashtra logs 2,813 new Covid-19 cases

In Maharashtra, it was the fifth consecutive day yesterday when COVID-19 fresh cases registered increased in hundreds. In all, 2,813 new COVID cases were reported yesterday with a single casualty. On Wednesday, 2,701 new cases were registered.  Now the case fatality rate is  1.87 per cent in the state.

One thousand and forty-seven patients were discharged



during the day. With this 77 lakh 42 thousand and 190 COVID-19 patients have been discharged after full recovery until today. The recovery rate in the state is 97.98 per cent.

As per the State Health Department report, Maharashtra has crossed the 10,000 mark and reported 11,571 active cases yesterday.
