Maharashtra records 113 new Covid-19 cases

Mumbai: Maharashtra reported 113 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, taking the total number of infections to 78,72,413. 283 patients recovered from the infection in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries to 77,23,288. One death was reported in the state and the death toll is at



1,43,767. The number of active cases in Maharashtra has dropped to 1354.

27 new cases and 44 recoveries were reported in Mumbai and no death due to Covid-19 was reported in the metropolis. There are 298 active cases in Mumbai.
