Maharashtra records 2,171 new Covid-19 cases

Maharashtra recorded 2,171 new cases of Coronavirus yesterday, taking the State’s tally of total cases to 20,15,524. According to the state’s public health department, 2,556 patients were discharged yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to



19,20,006. 

With 32 fatalities, the State's death toll has risen to 50,894. The number of active cases in the State stand at 43,393. Maharashtra’s recovery rate stands at 95.26 per cent while the Case Fatality Rate stands at 2.53 percent.
