Meghalaya records 126 new Covid-19 cases

In Meghalaya, 126 new COVID 19 cases were detected today taking the total active cases to 925 while five patients recovered yesterday.

 

Health Minister AL Hek briefing media said that out of the new 126 cases detected yesterday 106 are from East Khasi Hills district, 12 from West Garo Hills district, six from Ri-Bhoi



district and one each from East Garo Hills district and West Jaintia Hills district.

 

With five more recoveries the total number of recovered cases stands at 730. So far the State has a total of 1661 confirmed cases which includes 930 active, 730 recovered and six deceased.
