Meghalaya reports 75 fresh Covid-19 cases

In Meghalaya, 75 new COVID 19 cases were registered yesterday, taking the total active cases to 1222 while another 25 people recovered and the number of recovered stands at 899.

 

Director of Health Services, Dr Aman War said, 29 new cases are from East Khasi Hills, one each from South Garo Hills and North Garo



Hills, two from South West Garo Hills, 27 from East Garo Hills and 15 from West Garo Hills districts.

       

So far nine deaths have been registered, he added.

 

The total number of cases in Meghalaya has risen to 2130.
