In Madhya Pradesh, 174 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, which took the number of patients to 8,762. The death toll in the state has reached 377 so far.
Five thousand 637 people have recovered from the infection in Madhya Pradesh so far and the number of active patients is 2,748. Coronavirus patients were found in 51 of the total 52 districts in Madhya Pradesh but no new cases have been found in 30 districts since Wednesday.
Apart from that, six of the affected districts in the state- Agar Malwa,
Alirajpur, Ashok Nagar, Harda, Hoshangabad and Seoni- had no active cases till yesterday. Bhopal reported 58 positive cases, the highest in the state. Bhopal now has 1 thousand 630 COVID-19 patients. The number of cases in Indore, the worst-hit district in the state, rose to 3 thousand 633 with 36 new cases.
Meanwhile, the School Education Department has released a unique e-bulletin 'Ab Padhaai Nahi Rukegi'. Through the e-bulletin, departmental works can now be displayed on the global stage.
