In Bihar, a high has issued across the state for 15 days in view of rising number of corona cases in other states.
DMs and SPs have been instructed in this regard.
This decision was taken at a meeting of crisis management group headed by chief secretary Deepak Kumar.
The chief Secretary said campaigning on wearing masks have been launched.
Stern action will be taken against those who violates the instructions.
Vehicles will be seized if driver and travellers will be found without mask.
This will apply to all vehicles including car, bike and
bicycles.
Shops will be sealed if shopkeepers and customers are found without mask.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 97.25 per cent.
This is 3.57 per cent more than the national average.
The number of active cases in the state is continuously declining.
Currently, 5,515 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals.
In all, 480 patients recovered in the last 24 hours while 412 new cases were reported.
Over 2,24,701 patients have so far recovered from the infection in the state.
