In Rajasthan, More than 2.54 lakh samples have been tested for COVID 19, out of which 5,952 have been found positive. In all, 946 migrants have tested positive so far.
The number of active cases in the state counts to 2,436 while three thousand 373 people have cured.
State Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma has said that the recovery rate of COVID-19 in the state is 57 per cent, which is the highest across the country.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that quarantine arrangements should be strengthened in the districts where the number of migrants is high.
He said that migrants returning from other states must be
quarantined.
The Chief Minister has also instructed to provide all necessary facilities at the Quarantine Centres.
Meanwhile, Additional Chief Secretary of the Industries Department Dr. Subodh Aggarwal today reviewed the arrangements for the flights which are scheduled to land at Jaipur Airport under the Vande Bharat Mission.
He told that 14 flights are scheduled to reach Jaipur in the coming days.
About two thousand people of the state are expected to come from different countries.
