Punjab reports 1,063 new cases of coronavirus

Punjab saw 1,063 coronavirus positive cases and 23 deaths in the last 24 hours the highest spike yet in the state’s COVID-19 cases read the state’s health bulletin on

Friday.

The developments take the state’s COVID-19 tally to 21,930 with 539 deaths. This is Punjab’s second consecutive reporting of over 1,000 cases.
