Record number of 9,280 new Covid-19 positive cases reported in Karnataka

In Karnataka, a record number of 9,280 new Covid-19 positive cases were reported in the State yesterday thereby taking the tally to 3,79,486.  6,161 people recovered and discharged from various hospitals in the State and the total number of people recovered have gone up to 2,74,196.

The recovery rate of the State is 72.25 percent.  As many as 99,101 active



patients are taking treatment in various hospitals in the State among them 785 are in ICU.  

73,192 covid tests were conducted across the State yesterday and the total number of tests have gone up to 31,97,110.  116 covid deaths were  reported yesterday and the total deaths increased to 6,170.
