Saudi Arabia detects 1,383 Covid-19 cases

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Friday announced 1,383 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 2,566 recoveries.

Thirty-five deaths because of the infection were also reported. This takes



the total reported cases in the country to 295,902, and recoveries to 262,959. The death tally has now climbed to 3,338.

Of the 29,605 active cases in the country, 1,782 are critical, the ministry added.
