Saudi Arabia witnesses 2,378 Covid-19 cases

The Saudi Arabia health ministry on Friday reported 2,378 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 2,241 recoveries.

Thirty-seven new deaths from the infection were also reported.

With this, a



total of 262,772 cases have been reported in the Kingdom, while recoveries stand at 215,731. The death tally as of Thursday was 2,672.

There are 44,369 active cases in the country, of which 2,143 are critical, the ministry added.
