Tamil Nadu records 4,496 new COVID-19 cases, 68 deaths

COVID-19 cases continued to be over 4,000 for the fourth successive day in Tamil Nadu but in some relief for the State 5000 patients were discharged on Wednesday, taking the total

recoveries to over 1.02 lakh.

According to a health department bulletin, 68 people died pushing the death toll to 2,167 and 64 of them had co-morbidities.
