Telangana detects 1,924 new infections of COVID-19, tally mounts to 29,563

A total of 1,924 Covid-19 positive cases, including 1,590 from areas under the GHMC limits, and 11 fatalities were reported in Telangana on Wednesday.

According to a health bulletin issued here, 6,363 samples were tested in the last 24



hours of which 4,439 samples were negative while 1,924 came positive. On recovery, 992 patients were also discharged from the hospitals.

So far, 1,34,801 samples have been tested in the State of which 29,536 have tested Covid-19 positive.
