Telangana for the first time records over 100 Covid-19 cases on a single day

Telangana, for the first time, recorded over 100 COVID-19 cases on a single day yesterday. The state recorded 107 Coronavirus positive cases and registered 6 deaths during the last 24 hours. 

State Medical Health department in a bulletin said 68 of these fresh cases are from migrant workers coming to the state and the foreign evacuees mainly from Saudi Arabia. With this, the total number of COVID-19 cases has gone up to 2139 including 297



from foreign evacuees and migrants. The state recorded total 63 COVID-19 deaths. Meanwhile, recoveries have reached to 1321 till now.

Telangana recorded over 540 Coronavirus Positive cases during the past 10 days and witnessed 29 deaths during the same period as the number of positive cases in the state has been steeply rising ever since the relaxations announced in Lockdown 4.0.
