In the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, the State Health Department has achieved a milestone of fully vaccinating 91 per cent of the eligible beneficiaries in Telangana.

Out of the 2,77,67,000 eligible beneficiaries above 18 years, a total of 2,51,48,694, which is 91 per cent of the beneficiaries are fully vaccinated and have received the first and second dose of the Covid vaccine in Telangana.

Out of the 2,77,67,000 eligible beneficiaries, the State Health Department has already administered first



dose of Covid vaccine to 2,92,31,484 beneficiaries while the second Covid dose has been administered to 2,51,48,694 beneficiaries.

At present, there are eight districts including Karimnagar, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Yadadri Bhongir, Khammam, Siddipet, Medak and Rangareddy, that have achieved 100 per cent vaccination. A total of nine districts including Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Rajanna Siricilla, Mahabubnagar, Adilabad, Jagtiyal, Mancherial, Warangal and Nalgonda have achieved 95 per cent full vaccination of eligible individuals.
