Telangana records 975 new cases of COVID-19

Telangana reported 975 new Covid-19 positive cases including 861 cases from areas under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), and six fatalities on Monday. The new cases on Monday pushed the overall number of positive cases to 15,394 while fatalities increased to 253.

cases in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative number of positive cases from the State’s capital to 11,672.

According to daily health bulletin, 410 patients were discharged from hospitals post recovery on Monday which took the number of recovered and discharged cases in the State to 5,582. The count of active patients is 9,559 in Telangana.
