Telangana reports 182 new Covid-19 cases

Hyderabad: Telangana reported 182 new Covid infections and one fatality on Monday taking the cumulative number of deaths to 4023 and the total number of positive cases so far to 6,80,844. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Monday, was 3,417.

The authorities on Monday conducted 37,839 Covid tests of which results of 3,635 samples were awaited. A total of 181 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 98.90 per cent on Monday.

So far, a total of 2,95,54,306 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,80,844 have tested positive and 6,73,404 persons



have recovered.

The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included four from Adilabad, two from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 90 from areas under GHMC, two from Jagityal, one from Jogulamba Gadwal, six from Karimnagar, seven from Khammam, one from Komarambheem Asifabad, three from Mahabubabad, four from Mancherial, 11from Medchal-Malkajgiri, four from Nalgonda, eight from Peddapalli, 17 from Rangareddy, four from Sangareddy, three from Siddipet, one from Suryapet, four from Wanaparthy, two from Warangal Rural and five from Hanumakonda and three from Yadadri Bhongir.
