Telangana reports 1,891 new Coronavirus cases during last 24 hours

Telangana reported 1891 new COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours. With this, the total COVID cases in the state gone up to 2,08, 535.

 

The state conducted over 53 thousand tests on Thursday.

 

The recovery rate also slightly improved to 86.77 per cent with 1878 more people recovering on Thursday.

 

This took the number of recovered people so far in the state to 1,80,953.

 

Meanwhile, the daily bulletin issued by the state



Medical and Health department Friday morning, stated that total deaths rose to 1208 following 7 more deaths reported during the past 24 hours.

 

Meanwhile, 285 new Covid-19 cases reported in Hyderabad while Ranga Reddy, Medchal Malkajgiri districts reported over 100 new cases each.

 

Karimnagar, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda districts also reported considerably high number of new cases each during the same period.
