Telangana reports 41 new Covid-19 cases

The State health officials have reported 41 coronavirus positive cases on Monday, which has taken the overall number of COVID-19 positive cases to 1592 in Telangana State.

Out of the 41 COVID-19 positive cases, 26 persons were from areas under GHMC, 12 persons were migrants who returned to Telangana from other Indian States and three were from Medchal district.

A total of 10 COVID-19



positive persons, who had recovered, were also discharged from Gandhi Hospital on Monday, which has taken the overall number of discharged cases to 1002. The recovery rate of coronavirus positive patients has continued to remain at 63 per cent in the State.

With no fresh deaths related to COVID-19, the total number of fatalities has remained stable at 34 in the State.
