Telangana reports 593 fresh cases of Covid-19

Telangana state reported 593 fresh COVID cases during the past 24 hours. With this the total COVID cases reported in the state has gone up to 2 lakh 69, 816. The state conducted over 33 thousand tests yesterday. The recovery rate marginally improved to 95.74 per cent with 1058 more people recovering yesterday. This took the number of recovered people so far in the state to 2 lakh 58 thousand

Meanwhile, the daily bulletin issued by the state Medical and Health department this morning stated that a total of 1458 deaths were reported so far following 3 more persons succumbing  during the past 24 hours. Currently the state has over 10 thousand active cases out of which over 7 thousand are in home isolation.
