Total Covid-19 cases rise to 38,864 in Jammu & Kashmir

In Jammu & Kashmir, 641 new cases of Covid-19 were reported yesterday  taking the total number of positive cases to 38,864.

The deadly Virus also claimed 14 more lives across the Union Territory, taking the death toll to 736. Of the total 38,864 cases, 29,568 are from Kashmir and 9,296 are from Jammu



division.

 

Among 641 new cases, 367 are reported from Kashmir while 274 are from Jammu division.  The Union Territory has 8,053 active cases including 5,558 from Kashmir and 2,495 from Jammu division. The tally of total number of recoveries in JAmmu and Kashmir has reached  30,079 which is 77.39 percent of the total cases.
