Total number of Corona positive cases crosses 30 thousand mark in Chhattisgarh

In Chhattisgarh, the number of Corona positive cases breached the 30 thousand mark.

 

The state reported 1346 fresh COVID-19 cases on Sunday, while seven infected people succumbed, taking the tally of confirmed cases in the state to 30,092.

 

Chhattisgarh has now 13,520 active cases, as 16,303 people have been discharged after



recovery, while 269 have died so far.

 

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has gone into self-isolation after two of his staff members tested positive for CoVID on Sunday.

 

However, the chief minister's test report is negative. The chief minister's OSD and PSO have been tested positive for Corona.
