Total number of Covid-19 cases rises to 9,150 in Karnataka

In Karnataka, during the last 24 hours, 453 people have tested positive for COVID-19 taking the total number of affected people to 9,150. 

In a single day yesterday 225 people were discharged from various hospitals in the State after recovery and the total number of discharged people has reached 5,618.  With five more deaths today the COVID death toll has risen to 137 in the



state. 

12,872 sample swab tests were conducted in various districts in the State and the total sample test has increased to 5,06,765. 

The total active cases stood as 3,391 in the State. Yesterday 196 positive cases were reported in the Bengaluru city taking the total cases to 1,272 in the city.
