UAE detected 378 new Covid-19 cases

The Ministry of Health and Prevention in UAE on Monday reported 378 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 631 new recoveries.

This brings the total number of cases to 45,303 in the country and the total recoveries to 33,406.

The authority also announced one death as a result of the illness, which brings the



total deaths to 303 in the country.

The total number of active cases in the country are 11,954.

The number of active cases, at 11,954, is at a seven-week low, falling below 12,000 for the first time since May 5. The UAE's active cases peaked on June 4 at 17,173 and the number has since declined by 5,219 in a little over 3 weeks.
